Sometimes, things go awry. Gear can falter, and, yes, sometimes you may falter your gear.

Enter RR Vanguard Warranty: A promise that’s as steadfast as a towel on a space odyssey. If fate throws your kit a curveball, rest assured - Vanguard is standing by, ready to help.

Should an RR product encounter a manufacturing defect, the Vanguard team might repair or replace it (pending stock, availability, and cosmic alignment). Once approved, Vanguard can also cover up to a full refund, especially if said item happens to be rarer than a bowl of petunias in free fall.

To activate your Vanguard Warranty, simply register an account and add your unique order number. If needed, chat with our virtual assistant for further guidance. However, do bear in mind, our Vanguard coverage, though vast, does have its limits. Unfortunately, it doesn’t extend to:

  • Accidents: Life happens! But mishaps like rips, tears, and suspiciously enthusiastic encounters with wildlife fall outside our cosmic safety net. If it’s caused by excessive force, animal curiosity, or a slip of the hand, Vanguard may take a rain check.
  • Unauthorized Tinkering: Modifications or repairs by unlicensed hands that may—let’s say—complicate things.
  • User Mishaps or Neglect: Zippers gone astray? Velcro out of control? If your garment has suffered from overzealous fastening, or perhaps braved a downpour in a jacket not quite prepared for monsoon season, it’s best to check our care instructions first—Vanguard doesn’t cover disregard for proper protocol. Mishandling, improper storage, or use beyond the kit’s known realms of functionality.
  • Environmental Shenanigans: Should your kit suffer a traumatic wash (read: incorrect detergent, high-heat drying, or other washing wizardry gone wrong), please note that our warranty team won’t be able to assist in the revival. Damage from extreme environments, caustic substances, fire, or other adventurous anomalies will not be covered. Albeit, if you send us a wicked cool photo of your gear in a perilous situation we might entertain a solution.
  • The March of Time: Normal Wear and Tear: Our products are crafted to withstand, but alas, even the best cannot endure forever. After many a mission, the feel, look, or aroma may evolve over time. Vanguard kindly asks you to consider the natural aging process before reaching out.

How long will a RINO Ready kit sustain me/my group?

  • Our systems vary immensely. However, the first 72-hours are always the most critical coverage.
  • The duration depends on the pack size, contents, and environment (aka how quickly supplies are consumed).

What's included in a RINO Ready kit?

  • The contents vary depending on the specific kit, but they typically include:
  1. Backpack
  2. Food and water supplies
  3. First aid essentials
  4. Shelter and warmth items (emergency blankets, hand warmers, etc.)
  5. Fire-starting tools
  6. Lighting (flashlights, headlamps)
  7. Signaling devices (whistle, mirror)
  8. Navigation tools
  9. Hygiene supplies

How long does shipping take?

  • 2-6 days for domestic orders & 5-14 days for international orders.
  • Tracking/fulfillment updates are automatically emailed to you after your order has been placed.

  • We assemble and ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA.

  • We ship to the U.S., Canada, EU, Australia, and throughout Asia.
  • We add new countries often when possible, so please proceed to your cart to see what options are available.

🚨 IMPORTANT 🚨 TSA restrictions prohibit shipping matches internationally or to non-contiguous US states.

What is your return policy?

  • Specific product collections are not returnable. Such products will list so in their descriptions.
  • We do accept returns for all other items, but have a re-stocking fee of 10% of the order value or a flat $25 (whichever is less). Customer will also bear responsibility for shipping back to our warehouse.
  • Each instance is dealt on a case-by-case basis as we are still a small team. We are more than happy to assist in any way possible. If a component defect does arise, please send us a live chat message within 14 days of receiving.

What if there is a problem with the product?

  • While we have absolute faith in each of our products, we know that not everything off the line can be perfect. That said, please send us a message via live chat on the home page to submit any product questions or qualms.

Any issue with materials or workmanship on these masks will be evident immediately; beyond your immediate inspection of the mask upon its arrival, the mask is not covered under our warranty.

The GRD series are not intended to Provide Liquid Barrier Protection. The GRD series are not a surgical device and should not be worn as such.  The GRD series has no respirator within and cannot be used as such. The GRD series is not to be used  in any surgical setting or any setting where significant exposure to liquid, bodily or other hazardous fluids can happen. The GRD series is not for use in a clinical setting where the infection risk level is high. The GRD series is not for use around flammable gas or high heat sources. The GRD series is not made of medical grade material and not intended for medical use. The GRD series is intended for adults only.

Wash these masks according to CDC washing guidelines before using and after wearing. Do not microwave. Do not put in the oven. Do not spray with bleach. Do not dry clean. 

The GRD series is intended not to completely stop or cure any airborne disease. The purpose is to be used in addition to recommended guidelines and not as a substitution. If unsure, consult your personal physician before wearing.

The GRD series is to be used only after being washed and dried, secure the mask and make sure that both the mouth and nose are covered. 

WARNING: Any gaps between the mask and your face or an unsecure mask, will reduce the effectiveness of the mask. Any hand contact with your face, or the mask itself once secured, can increase your risk of contracting or communicating any infectious disease.

There are no medical claims or cures from wearing the GRD series face mask.
